Hi! We will process your order in a rapid manner. We do our utmost to deliver your go as u.r package within five (5) business days after your order confirmation. However, please understand that this delivery period is purely indicative and that we cannot give any guarantees in this respect. Please note that you can return a product within 14 days after delivery. The following return restrictions apply:
On-the-go wear:
We do not accept returns on products showing any signs of use (including, but not limited to: stains, streaks, tears, odors, etc.).
On-the-go beauty:
Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, go as u.r beauty products cannot be returned after they have been unsealed. As a consequence, any skincare and make-up product that has been removed from the sealed bag cannot be returned.
